The collectible PS4 is built from boutique-publisher limited runs (Limited Run Games and others printing digital-first and niche titles physically in small numbers), elaborate single-print collector's editions of flagship games, and the early signs of delisting-driven scarcity as licensed titles begin to leave sale. A contemporary platform whose grails are defined by print run and edition, already being collected with the same discipline applied to vintage hardware.
