eleased by Nintendo in October 1987 for the NES, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! converted the Punch-Out!! arcade franchise into a home console title and introduced the licensed-likeness model for sports games. Tyson appears as the final opponent (Dream Fight) and the title carries his name on the front of every 1987-1990 copy.
Tyson's likeness rights expired in 1990 and Nintendo rebranded the cartridge as Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream for all post-1990 production. The original Mike Tyson edition is the first print; the Mr. Dream version is the post-licensing reprint. Sealed WATA 9.4 A+ Mike Tyson copies trade $3,000–12,000, while Mr. Dream variants trade at roughly half despite identical gameplay.
